Golden Turmeric Chai Herbal Tea

I like to drink the Turmeric Chia after being physically active. Turmeric is known to help with joint and immune health. While I am not sure if one cup, after being physically active, will relieve my joint pain it is surely a tasty way to get some turmeric in! It has a bold flavor and is good with a dash of cinnamon and a tsp of honey.

This herbal tea is the perfect way to ground yourself. The blend of turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon is incredibly earthy and balancing—it truly feels like a "fiery sunset." I love that it’s naturally caffeine-free, making it my go-to ritual for relaxation and comfort. Highly recommended if you enjoy rich, fragrant spices!

This tea is my favourite. It’s slightly spicy and just delicious and comforting. The worst part about it is taking the final sip and debating on whether you should make another cup or cut yourself off.

I thought I would try this to see if I would like it. It turns out I do like it. The flavors are blended together nicely. Definitely give it a try!
